Child Assistance Team Creating Hope (CATCH) is a team of school psychologists, teachers, and instructional assistants that provides support to preschool children with behavioral challenges at school. Support includes consultation with preschool staff and parents, Second Step (a mental health curriculum), and CSEFEL Teaching Pyramid training, and referrals to other services.

THRIVE Guadalupe is a collaboration of partners that ensures coordinated effort of resources for children and families living in the Guadalupe area. The goal is to ensure that all children are healthy and safe, prepared for kindergarten through high school graduation and beyond to college and career. THRIVE Guadalupe is supported by an education initiative sponsored by public and private funders.

Welcome Every Baby (WEB) is a free, personalized, home-visiting program for babies from birth through 18 months and their families. SBCEO WEB nurses provide a home visit preferably within 48 hours
post-release from hospital to cover breast feeding support, post-partum depression education and support, developmental screenings, and referrals to other community support agencies.
